All moulds, tampers and compaction cavities are CNC machined from specialized hardened, wear-resistant steel.
Siemens and Telemecanique components are used in the electrical and control equipment. Semi-automatic, robotic and fully automatic models are available.
Hydraulic pressing and synchronized vibration give high compaction. Product quality depends on the materials and mix used, and target quality is tested during the project.
Our machines carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We provide on-site installation advice and one month of staff training; warranty scope is set out in the order contract.
Delivery is ex-works from our Antakya factory; freight is not included. We are 55 km from İskenderun Port.
Spare parts such as moulds, vibrators, hydraulic valves and wear plates are supplied on order; lead time varies by country and part.
