SEHIM GUMUS PRODUCT FAMILY

Industrial Concrete Block, Paver & Plant Machinery

Everything we build: 10, 8 and 4-block machines, concrete mixers, crushing plants and concrete pipe machines.

The Machines We Build

SG = Sehim Gümüş · number = 20 cm blocks per press cycle · D = double hopper · S = single hopper · R = with robot · FA = fully automatic

For block machines, "10-block" means 10 standard 20 cm blocks per press cycle. With a mould change, every model also makes 10 and 15 cm blocks, pumice blocks, interlocking pavers, kerbstones and hollow floor blocks. Apart from the SG-12 FA, controls can be manual or semi-automatic, as you prefer. Technical data is coming soon; until then, just ask us on WhatsApp.

Output varies widely with the materials, climate, cement content and quality, and sand quality. That is why we do a capacity analysis for each project instead of quoting a fixed figure.

Select the Right Machine Model for Your Needs

Specify block capacity, hopper type and automation level to match the right machine model and visit its dedicated page.

1 Capacity (How many standard 20 cm blocks per cycle?)
4-Block
Makes 4 standard 20 cm blocks per cycle.
8-Block
Makes 8 standard 20 cm blocks per cycle.
10-Block
Makes 10 standard 20 cm blocks per cycle.
12-Block
Makes 12 standard 20 cm blocks per cycle.
2 Hopper Type (Mortar Storage)
Single Hopper (S)
Single hopper. Produces blocks, hollow blocks, plain pavers and kerbstones. Does not produce two-layer coloured pavers.
Double Hopper (D)
Double hopper. Base and surface mortar are fed separately; produces coloured surface interlocking pavers and kerbstones.
3 Automation & Stacking System
Standard
Finished products are transported manually with site trolleys. Economical initial investment.
With Robot (R)
Stacking robot lifts fresh products to stacks; eliminates manual wheelbarrows.
Fully Automatic (FA)
Fully automated line; stacking robot stacks products automatically.
Mould Versatility: Every machine can run custom moulds for 10, 15 or 20 cm blocks, hollow floor blocks, pumice blocks, pavers or kerbstones. Moulds are custom manufactured at our Antakya plant.

PLANT PLANNING GUIDE

What Else Is Needed To Set Up a Plant?

To start producing with a block or paver machine you also need some supporting equipment. A working plant usually needs the following:

Site Transport Trolleys
  • Block Transfer Cart: Carries freshly made blocks and pavers on their pallet to the curing area without disturbing them. How many you need depends on your daily output.
  • Sand and Mortar Cart: A steel site cart with bearing wheels for bringing sand, gravel and cement to the mixer.
Mortar Mixing & Feeding
  • Concrete Mixer: Pan Mixer or Twin-Shaft U-Type Mixer (500 kg - 1000 L) for homogenous mixing of semi-dry block and paver mortar.
  • Mortar Conveyor Belt: Inclined rubber conveyor belt (8 m or 10 m) to feed fresh mortar continuously from mixer into the machine hopper.
  • Aggregate Hopper (Optional): 3-compartment ground storage hopper to meter sand and crushed stone to the conveyor.
Production Pallets (Boards)
  • Composite Production Pallets: Steel-framed composite pallets that keep their shape under the machine's pressing and vibration.
  • How Many: Pallets stay in the yard while the products cure, so you need far more pallets than the machine uses in one cycle. We work out the number with you based on your capacity.
  • Moisture-Resistant: Not affected by water or damp and does not rot, so it lasts a long time.
Moulds & Automation
  • Extra Moulds: Besides the block mould you can add moulds for interlocking pavers, kerbstones, hollow floor blocks or 10/15 cm blocks. We make the moulds in our own workshop.
  • Stacking Robot: Takes the finished blocks off the machine and carries them to the stacking area; fitted on the robot models.
  • Air Compressor: Site compressor to power pneumatic locks, vibrator clamps and hopper discharge gates.
Turnkey Plant Package: Along with the machine you can get all the plant equipment, from transfer carts and mixers to conveyors and silos, under a single contract. We decide together what your project needs.
