Delivery is ex-works from our Antakya factory. Freight is not included; freight and customs times vary by country.
Installation is carried out on site by the customer; our engineers give on-site advice and your staff is trained for one month. Travel and accommodation terms are set in the contract.
1 year against manufacturing defects, provided the operating and maintenance instructions are followed. Electric motors, electrical components and wear parts are excluded and such faults are repaired for a fee. Changes made without written permission end the warranty. Travel and accommodation abroad are not covered by the warranty.
