Makes 8 standard 20 cm blocks per press cycle. It has a single hopper. The single-hopper design is simpler and more economical, and it does the job for plain blocks, pumice blocks and pavers. Workers take the finished blocks off the machine, so the investment is lower than for the robot version.
With a mould change it also makes 10 and 15 cm blocks, pumice blocks, interlocking pavers, kerbstones and hollow floor blocks. We make the moulds ourselves too. Controls can be manual or semi-automatic, as you prefer. Daily output depends on your materials, cement and climate, so we work it out together for your project.
