Makes 8 standard 20 cm blocks per press cycle. It has a double hopper. With two hoppers, the base mix and the face mix come from separate bins. That means you can also make interlocking pavers and kerbstones with a coloured top layer. Workers take the finished blocks off the machine, so the investment is lower than for the robot version.
With a mould change it also makes 10 and 15 cm blocks, pumice blocks, interlocking pavers, kerbstones and hollow floor blocks. We make the moulds ourselves too. Controls can be manual or semi-automatic, as you prefer. Daily output depends on your materials, cement and climate, so we work it out together for your project.
